Terms and Conditions – 75pkr Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 75pkr, accessing the platform through a browser or the Android app, or placing any bet or game stake, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all features of the platform including sports betting, live casino, slot games, deposits and withdrawals.

These terms take effect from the moment you complete your registration. If you are registering on behalf of another person or wish to share access with someone else, that is not permitted — each account must belong to a single individual and represent their personal use only.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 75pkr, you must meet the following requirements:

3. Your Account

When you register, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false details, including a false date of birth, is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

4. Deposits

All deposits on 75pkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and payment cards. Each method may have its own minimum and maximum deposit limits, which are displayed at the time of deposit.

Deposits are for personal gaming use only. You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are entitled to use for entertainment purposes. You must not deposit funds that are proceeds of criminal activity, nor use the deposit process for purposes other than funding your gaming balance on 75pkr.

75pkr is not a bank or financial institution. Your deposited balance is held for the purpose of gaming on the platform only and does not accrue interest. 5. Withdrawals

You may withdraw your available PKR balance at any time, subject to any applicable minimum withdrawal amounts and verification requirements. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible.

Before processing a withdrawal, 75pkr may request identity verification documents to confirm that the account holder is the person requesting the withdrawal. This is a standard process that protects both the player and the platform. We ask that you cooperate with reasonable verification requests — failure to do so may delay or prevent your withdrawal from being processed.

Withdrawal processing times depend on the method chosen. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfers. Times are estimates and may vary during periods of high volume or system maintenance.

• Withdrawals must be made to a method that can be verified as belonging to the account holder.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not associated with the registered account.

6. Betting Rules

Sports betting on 75pkr covers cricket — including PSL, T20 Internationals and other major tournaments — as well as football, esports and other markets available on the platform at any given time. All bets are subject to the specific rules that apply to each market and sport.

Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed. In-play bets are accepted based on the market state at the time your bet is submitted — in-play odds can change rapidly and the price you receive is the price displayed at confirmation, not at the time you began entering your bet.

• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all markets and are displayed before placing a bet.
• 75pkr reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of error in the odds, or where the outcome of an event has been manipulated.
• If an event is postponed and not replayed within a specified period, bets may be voided and stakes returned according to the applicable rules for that sport.
• In the event of technical issues that interrupt in-play betting, bets already confirmed remain valid. Bets not yet confirmed at the time of interruption are considered unplaced.
• 75pkr's decision on the settlement of bets is final in all cases.

No outcome on any betting market is guaranteed. Sports results are inherently unpredictable. Please bet only what you can afford to lose.

7. Casino and Slots

The live casino section on 75pkr includes baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger and game show titles. Slot games are provided by third-party software providers. All games operate with a built-in house edge — this means that over time, the mathematical advantage is in favour of the platform. Individual results in any single session or on any single bet can vary significantly, but no game guarantees winnings.

Live casino tables have minimum and maximum bet limits that are displayed before you join a table. These limits may vary by table and room. By joining a table and placing a bet, you agree to the limits and rules applicable to that specific game.

• Winnings from casino games are credited to your PKR balance instantly upon settlement.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino round that prevents settlement, the round may be voided and stakes returned. 75pkr's decision in these cases is final.
• Slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot varies by title — this information is available within the game.
• Do not attempt to exploit perceived patterns or errors in casino games. Any accounts found to be exploiting system errors will be reviewed and winnings from such activity may be voided.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements mean you must bet the bonus amount a specified number of times before the funds convert to withdrawable cash.
• 75pkr reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time and to void bonus-derived winnings if a bonus has been claimed in bad faith or in breach of the specific promotion terms.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 75pkr. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, the voiding of relevant bets or winnings, and permanent closure of your account:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting others in doing so.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software to place bets, access the platform or exploit any feature.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate betting markets or game results.

• Sharing your account credentials with any other person, or accessing another player's account without their explicit permission.
• Any action that could damage, disrupt or negatively affect the platform's systems or the experience of other users.

10. Responsible Gaming
